COOKIE DOUGH ORDER FORM
The minimum order for each registered participant is 10 boxes of cookie dough. Please hand in all orders with payment to Shelley Vaughan at the arena. The deadline for this order is Tuesday, October 30, 2018. ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE as we have to place the order in order for the cookie dough to be delivered by the delivery date. Pickup for the Cookie Dough fundraiser is at the arena on Thursday, November 15, 2018 from 4-6 pm. Please ensure you make arrangements to pick up your order as we have no place to store the frozen product! Thank you in advance for your understanding.
We are also needing people to help sort the dough orders during the day at the arena on the pickup date. If you are willing to help out, please text Shelley at 780-718-7680 or find her at the arena.
50/50 RAFFLE TICKET BOOKLETS
Selling a minimum of one 50/50 booklet per participant is required this season. The booklets will be handed out October 16th and 18th by executive members to the parents. If you do not receive a booklet, please come and find us at the arena and we will assign a booklet for you. There are 30 tickets in a booklet and tickets are $3 each. There are a total of 1500 tickets printed and the draw date is December 18th, 2018 at the arena!
CONCESSION SHIFT SIGN-UP
One weekend shift and one weekday shift is required per registrant this season. The shifts are 4 hours each. Please contact the concession manager, Letitia Kulka, at 780-887-1034 if you have any questions regarding the concession itself. Call Shelley Vaughan at 780-718-7680 or Charissa Morrill at 780-887-4098 if your question pertains to our club. We are also usually upstairs at the arena. If, for some reason, you cannot work in the concession, please see Charissa as she can help arrange people who can work your shifts for a fee determined between you and the potential worker.
