PARENT & TOT PROGRAM: PLEASE REGISTER BOTH THE PARTICIPANT AND THE PARENT IN THE PROGRAM. YOU WILL SEE BOTH REGISTRATION OPTIONS IN THE LIST. PARENT ONLY PAYS THE SKATE CANADA INSURANCE FEE.
